Description

Asian Satinwood can contain the most amazing 3-D curl we’ve ever seen! This material has been air dried for 4 years. It is generally dry, but may contain some residual moisture. Boards are wax sealed on the ends only. Turning blanks are either completely wax sealed or sealed on the ends only. Some spalting or minor checking may be present, but this can be remedied with CA glue. 95% of these pieces are clean and free of defects. Please leave wax on the wood until use to avoid checking. Beautiful luster and sheen as well as fine grain with wonderful workability make this an exceptional choice for woodworking projects. This piece has inclusions and end splits.
