Vibrant, and ideal for fine woodworking, this Purpleheart has rich, deep color. When working with Purpleheart, note that fresh cuts will reveal brown-colored wood. The rich purple color will return with a few hours of UV light exposure. An occasional surface check may be present. Boards over 3 ft. long may have a slight bow or twist up to 1/8". This kiln dried, surfaced wood is ready to use! This piece has bug holes. Please see pictures for details.
