For dimensional lumber and turning blanks, you will receive a piece that matches the species, grade, and dimensions described, though grain patterns will naturally vary. We hand-select every order to ensure it meets our high standards for figure and quality.
Once your order is placed, a digital receipt is automatically sent to your registered email address. You can also view and download all past invoices by logging into your Account Dashboard on our website and clicking on the "Orders" tab.
We want you to be thrilled with your wood. If you are unsatisfied, you can return your item within 30 days of delivery, provided it has not been cut, sanded, or finished. Because exotic woods are often rare and seasonally harvested, restock times can vary. For standard species, we typically restock every 4–6 weeks. For rare burls or "one-of-a-kind" slabs, once they are gone, they are gone. We recommend signing up for "Restock Alerts" on the specific product page to be notified the moment new inventory arrives.
